Going hand and hand with astrology is numerology, another form of future forecasting. Instead of using the stars and constellations in the sky, numerology uses the numbers that surround a person to tell them who they are, what their life holds, and the best match between you and another person.
What Is Numerology?
Numerology is the method of trying to foretell the future, and interpreting dates and names into important numbers that are indicative of an individual's personality, character traits, and history. It was developed based upon a statement made by the Greek philosopher Pythagoras and has been associated with belief and methods that have been passed down through the ages.
By using numbers, numerology can take a persons name, date of birth, and the time of birth, and give them an accurate depiction of what that person is like and what will influence them in the decisions they make. Birth date and time are called constant numbers that never change, so the base number that is revealed using numerology techniques never change. The numbers revealed in a person's name, however, can change due to the use of nicknames or the dropping of a maiden name to pick up a married name.
